HYDROS BOTTLE came to Flexcraft with a great idea but didn’t have any prior experience with blow molding. We helped guide them through every stage of development all the way to the final production. Our staff worked directly with the customer to determine exactly what was necessary to successfully launch this new product.

Some of the steps involved and ongoing in this project include the design and manufacture of the molds, blow molding the bottle, multi color pad printing, and final assembly.
