We offer various grades of HDPE, PP, and PET to ensure your product is stored in a container that is adequate for use. Our production lines feature in-process leak detection. Each bottles passes through a process where the bottle is pressurized with air and measured to ensure pressure doesn’t drop. If pressure drops, it means there is a leak and the bottle is rejected off the line. In-process leak detection minimizes the ability for a bottle that could leak leaving our facility, which minimizes leaks on your line or in the marketplace.
We can run our bottles and containers in up to 100% PCR.

Can you manufacture bottles in 100% virgin plastic?
Absolutely. Our closed loop automated material handling systems can handle anything from 100% virgin to precise, custom blends of up to 4 components, including colorant, regrind, and additives.
Are your bottles made in a GMP-compliant facility?
Yes, we follow GMP requirements and all of our employees are trained on properly following established processes and procedures.
Can you supply matching caps/closures for these bottles?
Yes, we stock various compatible caps for many of the bottles we offer. If we don’t currently have what you are looking for in our inventory, we can work with one of our supply partners to get it.
Can these bottles be made any color?
Yes, we can color match any color requirement. However, natural (clear PET, opaque HDPE) is most recyclable, so we always recommend skipping the color when possible to improve your sustainability goals.
Can these bottles be decorated?
Yes, we offer in-line pressure-sensitive labeling and stretch/shrink sleeving. We also offer flame treatment and electrostatic surface treatment to help promote ink adhesion if the bottles are to be printed.
Can these bottles be made with recyclable materials?
Yes, if your product specifications allow, HDPE bottles can be run with varying percentages up to 100% PCR, and PET bottles can also be run up to 100% rPET.
