How are the bottles packaged?
The majority of our stock product ships in sealed plastic bags, stacked on pallets. There are many benefits of this packaging method, including cost, cleanliness, and ease of handling. Each layer of bottles on the pallet is it’s own bag, so they are light and very easy to move around. The bags are sealed, so it prevents dirt and contamination in storage and handling. Additonally, the bottles are all oriented within the bags, so they are very easy to handle, speeding the process of filling and packaging.
Can I buy bottles made with PCR?
Yes – we offer bottles with PCR and rPET content. Please inquire with your representative about current availability.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes – both HDPE and PET are recyclable as long as you are following your local guidelines and requirements.
Are your bottles safe for food contact?
Yes – our PET and HDPE bottles are safe for food contact. Please ensure you test your product in the bottles prior to going to market though, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with all potential ingredients.
What is the minimum quantity order (MOQ) for in-stock bottles?
Actual MOQ varies per item, but must ship in full pallet quantities for bottles, and carton pack quantities for caps and closures.
How quickly can my order be processed?
We typically have inventory available for our stock items. When we do, we are able to ship as soon as a truck can be arranged to pick up your order, which is typically the day after you order.

Can I mix and match different products within my order?
Yes! We offer various bottles and caps. As long as the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is reached, we can ship any number of different products per order.
I’m in a pinch – is rush processing available?
We understand things don’t always go to plan. As long as we have inventory available and a truck can be arranged for same day pickup, we can certainly assist with processing same day orders if possible.
