Flexcraft worked with Rook to develop a color scheme that would allow employees to easily identify which scoop is required for each roast. This contributed to the quality standards that Rook has built a reputation on.

Flexcraft was tasked with the challenge of creating an innovative bottle that was strong enough to unlock the tank, without crushing the bottle in the process. The end result: the design process translated to a beautifully innovative, patent pending container.

The Flexcraft solution required various components including a thick-walled polycarbonate vacuum canister, multiple injection molded components and secondary operations including ultrasonic welding for assembly.
